BEME Travel Club is an Independent Travel Consultant with Jamie Wake Travel.
Your travel arrangements are made through the relevant authorised organiser or supplier and are governed by the terms provided for that booking.
Where a separate BEME hosted-sailing or concierge service applies, it is provided directly by BEME Travel Club under separate BEME service terms and charged separately from the travel arrangements.
Before anything is booked.
01 - The details are checked
Names, dates, itinerary, room or cabin, inclusions, important conditions and the total travel price are reviewed carefully.
You receive the applicable Jamie Wake Travel terms and the relevant organiser or supplier terms before authorising the booking.
02 - The terms are shared
03 - You authorise in writing
No supplier booking is confirmed without clear written authority to proceed.
04 - Payment is verified
The required travel payment must be received through the approved secure route before the supplier booking is completed.
Two payments. Two distinct purposes.
Your travel arrangements
Cruise fares, holiday deposits, balances and other supplier travel payments are paid only through the secure route confirmed by Jamie Wake Travel or the relevant authorised supplier.
BEME will never ask you to send card details by email, WhatsApp or social media.
A separate BEME service
That fee is invoiced or requested separately by BEME through a secure business payment link and is covered by separate BEME service terms.
A hosted-sailing or concierge fee may apply where a separate BEME professional service is included.
The amount, inclusions, payment schedule and cancellation conditions are confirmed clearly before you commit.
The right protection for the right booking.
Financial protection depends on the exact travel arrangement, organiser and supplier involved. BEME will confirm what applies to your booking rather than making a blanket promise.
Where an eligible flight-inclusive trip is ATOL protected, the relevant ATOL holder and protected elements will be shown on the ATOL Certificate issued following the first payment.
Other travel arrangements may be protected differently or may not fall within the ATOL scheme. The applicable information will be provided before you authorise the booking.
Clear before confirmed.
Before a booking is made, you will receive the important travel details, the applicable terms and the exact payment required.
Your written authority confirms that you wish BEME to proceed with the stated arrangements. A quotation, conversation or payment request alone does not mean that the supplier booking has been confirmed.
Once the required payment has been verified and the supplier booking has been completed, you will receive the relevant confirmation and supporting documentation.
Supplier availability and pricing can change until the booking is completed and confirmed.
